1. Use of Services

Our classes are intended for personal learning and enjoyment.

Students agree to follow all safety and instructional guidance provided by instructors.

Alma de Tango reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who disrupts classes or endangers others.
2. Payments

All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We accept payments through Wix Payments and other listed methods.

Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds.

4. Attendance & Responsibility

Students are responsible for arriving on time to their sessions.

Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered forfeited.
5. Liability Waiver

Dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks.

By attending, you acknowledge these risks and release Alma de Tango, its instructors, and venues from liability for injuries, loss, or damages incurred.
6. Intellectual Property

All website content, class materials, photos, and media are the property of Alma de Tango.

Students may not record, copy, or distribute materials without permission.
7. Policy Changes
