At Alma de Tango, we value every student’s time and commitment, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Please read the following carefully before booking your session.
 
 
1. General Policy
 

  • All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once a class, package, or pass has been purchased.

  • By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.

 
 
2. Rescheduling Classes
 

  • If you cannot attend, you may reschedule your session by emailing us at info@almadetangomiami.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled class.

  • Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling and will be forfeited.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original class date.

 
 
3. Transfers & Credits
 

  • Classes are transferable to another available date within the same calendar month.

  • If rescheduling is not possible within the same month, we may offer a class credit for future use, subject to approval.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 60 days.

 
 
4. No-Show Policy
 

  • Students who fail to attend without notice are considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

 
 
5. Packages, Passes, and Special Offers
 

  • Multi-class packages or passes must be used within their validity period.

  • Unused sessions after expiration are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Promotional or discounted sessions are subject to the same policies.

 
 
6. Cancellations by Alma de Tango
 

  • In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, emergencies, venue issues, or weather, students will receive either:

     

    • A free reschedule to another available date, or

    • A class credit valid for up to 60 days.

 
 
7. Illness or Emergency Considerations
 

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, provide a one-time exception in the form of a credit.

 
 
8. Contact for Changes
 
All rescheduling, transfer, or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
