Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy

At Alma de Tango, our offerings are in-person dance instruction services. This policy explains how purchased sessions are fulfilled.

 

 

1. Service Fulfillment

 

  • All purchases are confirmed via email at the time of booking.

  • Sessions are delivered in person at the scheduled date, time, and venue.

  • Our primary venue is:

    The Miami Woman’s Club – 1737 N. Bayshore Dr., 3rd FL, Miami, FL 33132

  • From time to time, Alma de Tango may operate from alternative venues. The venue for your class will always be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

  • No physical products are shipped.

 

 

2. Attendance & Responsibility

 

  • Students are responsible for arriving on time.

  • Missed sessions without prior rescheduling will be considered forfeited.

 

 

3. Rescheduling

 

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing info@almadetangomiami.com.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking.

 

 

4. Cancellations by Alma de Tango

 

  • In the rare event of cancellation (e.g., instructor illness, weather, or venue closure), students will be offered a free reschedule or a credit toward a future session.
