Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy

At Alma de Tango, our offerings are in-person dance instruction services. This policy explains how purchased sessions are fulfilled.
1. Service Fulfillment

All purchases are confirmed via email at the time of booking.

Sessions are delivered in person at the scheduled date, time, and venue.

From time to time, Alma de Tango may operate from alternative venues. The venue for your class will always be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

No physical products are shipped.
2. Attendance & Responsibility

Students are responsible for arriving on time.

Missed sessions without prior rescheduling will be considered forfeited.
3. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing info@almadetangomiami.com.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking.
4. Cancellations by Alma de Tango

In the rare event of cancellation (e.g., instructor illness, weather, or venue closure), students will be offered a free reschedule or a credit toward a future session.
